Payments & Notice Period

We offer a variety of payment methods, cash, online, Square card reader. . All children’s classes with Dance2gether are paid termly, with invoices settled before the start of the term.

New pupils are offered a  FREE trial in the first week of term or half term, and on registration, the balance of classes for the term will be paid through our invoicing system.   Invoices will be issued before the start of the new term via email. Invoices will be assumed to have been received unless notified otherwise during the first week of each term. • • You will be automatically be rebooked onto your class/s for the next term unless we are informed otherwise before the end of the current term. •  Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds will be made for missed classes. 

For adult classes, they can be booked online, in advance, or on a pay as you go basis. 

Private Tuition fees are paid at the time of the booking, and if cancellation is necessary, 24 hr notice is needed so as not to incur any charges. Tuition fees can be paid online, using Square or Cash.
